Safety and Compliance is the ocapii technology suite for daily checks, the evidence they create and what happens when something fails. Every check is timestamped and attributed to a person. A failed check raises a corrective action with an owner, and the full record stays ready for an inspector, auditor or head office.

Assets and Maintenance is the ocapii technology suite for equipment, repairs and what they cost. Every asset has a record holding its planned work, repairs, contractor visits, warranty and spend, so teams can see which equipment needs attention and finance can see the lifetime cost of each item.

Production and Inventory is the ocapii technology suite for stock, recipes, batches and labels, all held on one record. When a recipe changes, its allergens, nutrition, cost and labels change with it, and stock, expiry and waste are tracked against the same products.

Commerce and Service is the ocapii technology suite for ordering, payment and the service that follows. Sales, orders, bookings and membership sit on the same record as stock, recipes and staffing, so what is sold and booked connects to what the team needs to prepare.

Energy and Environmental Monitoring is the ocapii technology suite for sensors, energy use and conditions, and the action that follows a reading. Electricity, temperature and humidity are monitored continuously, and when a reading moves outside its range the right person is alerted and the response is recorded.

Monitoring covers electricity, temperature and humidity. Carbon figures are estimates. Sensors and gateways are quoted separately.

Finance and Performance is the ocapii technology suite for seeing operations in financial terms. Budgets, forecasts and actuals sit beside the operational work that drives them, so site and group performance can be read alongside what happened on the ground.

Finance and Performance is not an accounting or payroll system. Exports to accounting software are provided as journal files.

Workforce Management is the ocapii technology suite for rotas, hours and who is covering the work. Shifts, clocking, leave and timesheets sit on the same record as the tasks and checks each shift is responsible for.

Pricing depends on your industry, the size of each site, how many sites you run and the technology suites you choose. Pick your suites above, tell us how many sites you run and we will send you pricing. Prices exclude VAT, and hardware and installation are quoted separately.

Every suite includes jobs and tasks, forms and checklists, the home dashboard and standard reports, the staff mobile app online or offline, head office and site structure with one user directory, roles and permissions, a full audit trail and software support. There is no separate platform fee.

No. Each technology suite stands on its own. Many organisations start with Safety and Compliance, Assets and Maintenance, and Energy and Environmental Monitoring. Food-led operations often start with Safety and Compliance, Production and Inventory, and Commerce and Service.

Each site is licensed per month, and its price depends on the suites you choose and the size of the site. Size is measured in a way that suits your industry: per outlet for food and beverage, by registered beds for care homes, by rooms for hotels, by inpatient wards for hospitals and by managed assets for manufacturing. Occupancy, staff numbers and individual sensor readings never change your bill.

Our standard software term is a 12-month commitment, billed monthly. Hardware on a managed rental runs for 36 months. Billing starts from the activation date agreed for each site.

Yes. Your first site is priced at the standard rate, and each additional site earns a volume discount that grows as your group grows. Every site keeps its own price based on its own size. Groups of more than 50 sites can agree a bespoke group arrangement.

Both. Our standard option is a managed rental, with a fixed monthly payment over 36 months and installation paid upfront. The rental covers device setup, remote support and replacement of devices that fail in normal use. You can also buy equipment outright, or pay part of the hardware cost upfront for a lower monthly rental. Hardware is always quoted as its own line, separate from software.

Mira is the AI built into ocapii. It answers questions from your own operational data and documents, shows where each answer came from, and drafts actions for a person to approve. Mira is optional, and your quote sets out its price and the usage it includes.

Yes. New suites join the same record as the ones you already use, so checks, equipment, stock, people and service activity stay connected as you grow.

Yes. ocapii supports head office and individual sites, with group visibility and site-by-site reporting included in every suite.
