Ocapii £500 Voucher Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The prize draw is organised by Safely Systems Ltd, trading as Ocapii, of 1 The Matchyns London Road, Rivenhall, Witham, England, CM8 3HA. For enquiries, contact hello@ocapii.com.
2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over attending Hospitality Tech Expo at ExCeL London. Employees of the Promoter, anyone directly involved in administering the draw, and their immediate families are excluded.
3. How to enter
   Complete and submit the prize draw entry form at the Ocapii stand or through its designated QR code. The entry form and these terms are available at https://www.ocapii.com/competition-tandcs.

Entry is free and no purchase from Ocapii is necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries must contain accurate information and valid contact details. Incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent or late entries will not be accepted.

1. Entry period
   Entries open at 00:00 on Tuesday 29 September 2026 and close at 00:00 on Friday 2 October 2026, meaning midnight at the end of Thursday 1 October. All times are UK local time.
2. The prize
   There is one prize: retail and/or restaurant vouchers with a combined face value of £500. The winner may choose a mixture from the range provided by Ocapii, subject to available denominations. The available brands, expiry dates and any material redemption restrictions will be shown with the entry form before entry.

Vouchers are subject to the issuing retailers’ or restaurants’ terms. No cash alternative is available. If an advertised voucher becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, an alternative of equal or greater value will be offered.

1. Winner selection
   One winner will be selected from all valid entries within seven days of the closing date, using a computer process producing verifiably random results or a random draw supervised by an independent person.
2. Notification and claiming
   The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied within seven days of the draw. They must respond within 14 days of the first notification. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact them, including a reminder. If the winner does not respond or is ineligible, another winner may be drawn using the same process.

The prize will be delivered without charge within 28 days of the winner confirming eligibility and their voucher selection.

   Entry information will be used to administer the draw, contact the winner and deliver the prize, in accordance with the privacy policy at https://www.ocapii.com/privacy-policy.

Marketing consent is optional and separate from entry. Declining marketing will not affect eligibility or the chance of winning.

1. Winner information
   The winner’s surname and county will be available on request to hello@ocapii.com for 30 days after the prize is awarded. The winner may object to this information being shared or request that less information is disclosed. Information may still be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority if required. Photographs or other publicity require the winner’s separate agreement.
2. General
   The Promoter may exclude entries that breach these terms. If circumstances beyond its reasonable control make changes unavoidable, it will communicate them promptly and take reasonable steps to avoid disadvantaging entrants. Nothing in these terms limits entrants’ statutory rights.
